We switched to T-Mobile yesterday
We switched to T-Mobile yesterday. We had a great experience with Marco in Columbia, SC. He got us a great price for our plan, we received 2 drinking glasses and 2 pair of gloves as a thank you. He was very patient with us and very professional. I also got a new phone for a $10 fee. So far very happy with them.

Spectacular service and great prices
Spectacular service and great prices My family and I have been with T-Mobile for at least 10 years now. It's been the most reliable for us, even in the middle of nowhere. I used to take road trips about 3-4 times a year and never had issues. In fact, I had to share my hotspot with friends because they often didn't have service with their providers. I recently migrated over to their internet service and I am blown away with it. Download speeds exceeding 300 mbps and upload speeds averaging about 45 mbps. Truly the most reliable service I have had with home internet and it's only 35/month!!! Couldn't tell you more about how much I love T-Mobile.

I went to T-Mobile in Centerville Utah…
I went to T-Mobile in Centerville Utah to upgrade my iPhone 13 to an iPhone 15. Dex & Corbin went above and beyond to help with the upgrade. There were no issues with the upgrade, I was just impressed with how professional and knowledge Dex & Corbin were. They made me feel like family and it prompted me to take the time and leave them a review

T-Mobile is one of my favorite company
T-Mobile is one of my favorite company! Sure, they got ups and downs, but they never refused talking to me to find a reasonable and fair solution. I do like to say that T-Mobile is an absolute leader for their customer service. And American companies need to learn from T-Mobile how to serve American public as US has lost service quality long time ago! Cheers T-Mobile !

Great service
I came from another company and I lowered my bill with t-mobile and every time that I go out the country everything works smoothly.
