Hi Phuong Ngo, You left us a feedback that there are two small complimentary bottles missing. We immediately send an email to you on this issue and shipped out the missing items. You have never replied to our email. However, you kept posting feedbacks threatening us that you would spread the rumor about our business to everyone. We hope you at least would check your emails or give it a little more time for USPS to deliver the items to you first before starting the threats or untrue rumor. Thank you for your patience.

Hi Andy, We do apologize for the unexpected delay in transit of this package. We hope you understand that USPS system is really beyond our control, and they do not work on weekends. The package was delivered to you 1 day after this review. We hope you already got the item. Thank you for being our valued customer.
