My order was delayed because some of the tubes i ordered were out of stock. The problem was resolved quickly and my order arrived promptly afterwards.

Great products, great service. Had to contact them last week because of a shipping problem (not their fault). USPS said "delivered", yet no package. They answered rapidly (late on a Friday afternoon, no less), were polite and attentive. Made it clear they were there to help and would resolve the issue for me. Luckily the package came to me a few days later (it was mis-delivered), but Tobacco Stock will remain my only source. Thanks, all!
