We booked a dolphin excursion for my mom's 81st birthday. On our way, the traffic was so backed up that we couldn't make it in time. When I called to let them know we wouldn't make it in time, they let us reschedule for another day at no additional cost. Thank you so much for being so understanding.

We booked 2 experiences through Tom and were very happy with both of them. The first was the luau at the King Kamehameha Marriott. The food was delicious and the show was both entertaining and educational, telling the story of the migration of people groups to the islands. So enjoyable! The second excursion was the Grand Island Circle Tour. We should have booked it earlier in the week to give us a chance to go back to some of the places we visited since we had very limited time to spend at each stop. Our only complaint was about the location of our pick up and drop off. It seems that the main office was unfamiliar with Kona and had us drive 25 minutes instead of one of the spots closer to where we were staying. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the island, particularly about the geology of the volcanoes, and he made the trip fun. We didn't get to see the King Kam statue, but since it was a pretty long day, we didn't mind so much. We would recommend booking through Tom!
