Your order was placed through our Subscribe & Save option, which triggered the recurring shipment and a confirmation email at the time of purchase. That said, as soon as you contacted us, we canceled the subscription and responded to your follow-up to confirm. While we were unable to cancel the already-shipped order, we did take immediate action to prevent future charges.
