Order canceled
Staples I ordered were out of stock but was not notified. I found out when I looked up my order and saw that it was canceled.
Response from Tool Expo· May 28, 2024
An email notification is automatically sent to a customer when an order must be cancelled. We are very sorry about the inconvenience this has caused. This is a very rare occurrence and we are currently investigating why you did not receive one.

Well the price was very good
Well the price was very good, but, the service that Danille arranged got my Hurricane ties FAST, and that saved me two days of labor. I didn't expect that at all but WOW what performance.
