Gave 1 Star as you cannot leave ZERO !!! This company is clearly a scam. still waiting for product i ordered in April and no response from emails. have left voicemails ect. TOTAL SCAM

Terrible scam company do not buy anything from them.it’s like they don’t exist, emailing or phoning them doesn’t get any response. I ordered 2 dustless face shields that are probably of inferior quality in early April of 2026 it’s now June and they haven’t arrived. Called and emailed multiple times but no response from Tooltekt.

Ordered April 17 still has not shipped no response to phone calls or emails . Charged me right away What a scam!

I placed an order for one of their face shields on May 2, 2026. Tried to contact them on May 15th via email and phone. No response to the email and the phone call just rolled into voice mail. Tried again on May 22nd and once more on May 28th, all with identical results. Thank goodness I had paid via PayPal and I was able to get my money back. Don't buy from them because they'll just ignore you and steal your money

Order #40590 I placed my order on April 11th and still have not received delivery. I have made several attempts to contact them by email and voice mail (nobody answers the phone) with no success and no response. I would not order anything from them.

It's been almost 2 months. The item never shipped. I got a response from someone name Carson originally but after that nothing. No resolution, No refund. This company is a SCAM!!!

Product never shipped six weeks after order. Zero response from multiple email nor through a complaint with the Shop app. Very frustrated.
