Great customer service I’ve won many raffles and always received product fast!

I’ve gotten a couple pairs of shoes and they’re what I expected, however, the return policy is INSANE! Charging your customers $20 to return/ exchange and item is crazy. No company has ever made me pay more than $8 for return shipping. Such a scam and I will no longer be buying shoes from them. EDIT: I will say Williams is great with customer service and offered me a free exchange, however at this point I just wanted to return and because I got the item on discount they would not refund according to their policy, even tho they were willing to make an exception to their policy to give me a free exchange.

Tops and Bottoms are the real deal.! William is always on top of it ! If you’re near a store in Chicago , or If you’re out of state having him at your service is the best thing you could do . Go William !

Overall great service. Williams was an extreme help and life saver. Checkout was super easy, and the response time was phenomenal, especially compared to other Big Name Stores. Tops & Bottoms+Williams= The Go To.
