Worst website made in history. Never worked. Torbox is horrible and unreliable. Wasted hours on trying to get this to work

Extremely unreliable and no credit/additional time given for the significant downtime and issues. After trying multiple debrid providers, TorBox, by far, has been the least reliable service. Until they give the attention needed to resolve their ongoing issues, I would highly recommend alternatives solutions.

TorBox's New Privacy Policy: A Major Step Backward July 2026 Update: TorBox fundamentally reversed its privacy commitments. What Changed Before (Nov 2025): Clear guarantee – "Data is deleted when requested... This deletion will remove anything associated with your account." Now (July 31, 2026): That guarantee is gone. Five critical problems emerged: "Reasonably Feasible" Loophole – Data can be retained even after you delete history or close your account Expanded Telemetry – More data collection and sharing without transparency Codified Shared Cache – Your usage contributes to shared data pools without explicit consent Corporate Jurisdiction Shift – Changed operating entity with unclear legal implications Silent Acceptance – Continued use equals automatic agreement to new terms Bottom Line TorBox removed its core privacy promise. For users who chose this service for anonymity and data protection, the July 2026 update undermines the fundamental value proposition. Without opt-out options and with vague retention clauses, it's no longer recommended for privacy-conscious users. Consider alternatives with explicit data erasure guarantees.

Really glad I found Torbox got a 6 month subscription after the 24 hour trial and not looked back.
