It came with the wires and clips. packaged well and safely, highly recommend

I bought a Martin 11,000 BTU heater from THS. The manufacturers installation instructions contained an error which led me to modify the vent components. The manufacturer would not supply the necessary replacement parts, but the support team at Total Home Supply stepped up and provided the parts. Thanks Mike and Jake—very responsive!

Great customer service. Great delivery experience

Easy to use, well shipped and good delivery time.

The item by self and the effort it should be delivered the time I need it for Thank you

We received our order within a few days and the water heater works beautifully. Lots of fabulous hot water. It was a great choice!

Together Company. Answered questions when I called, in fact customer service answered calls. Getting rare. Shipping and delivery were timely. Product fairly priced. Installed and units work well.

I recently bought an Amana PTH153J35AXXX PTAC from Total Home Supply. I talked to Melinda, she was helpful, polite, and professional. The price was fair I received the equipment quickly and the delivery truck had a no-charge liftgate, others charge an additional $50.00 for the liftgate. As for the PTAC, I replaced an old Amana, the new unit is quieter than the old unit, the air is warmer, and a wireless thermostat is provided. It shows using a smartphone to operate the unit, but that's for service techs.
