I own Total AV
I own Total AV, install page says 5/7 says total password and total cleanup not installed, but they actually are. I believe your AI is trying to sell me another license. I left Nortons because they did this to me and I was never able to get the excess fees returned. So I probably will not renew my Total AV license, I will consider another tool, maybe McAfee
