The tour to Niagara Falls was great. We had an enjoyable day on boat ride and all the sights see stops. Our driver was so accommodating would recommend this tour for sure well worth money. Thanks for great day.

We had a very good time. The tour guide is friendly and helpful.

The tour itself was good. The travel was NOT good. We booked a Markham to Niagara day tour, we were picked up at 8:15am (scheduled 8am) expecting a 1hr30min drive to Niagara via the highway. We then went downtown in the busiest part of the day to pick up others who had booked a Toronto to Niagara tour. 3hrs45min later in a basic Sprinter with no facilities and no comfort breaks we arrived at Niagara. Tour was as planned but journey home was just as bad as rush hour again via the city. If i had known this I would never have booked. 7.5 hours in a sprinter bus with no comfort breaks is not acceptable!

The tour guide Shivi was fantastic and we would rate her at a 5 star. The reason we rated the tour at a 3star was because we chose this “Day and Night Tour” was because in the description it said “free time to explore Niagara on the Lake” and we specifically wanted to do that. The info also indicated our tour would start at approximately 2 pm and we were notified the day before the tour that our pick up time would be 4:15 pm. Not leaving any time for Niagara on the lake except driving thru it. That was very disappointing for us.
