What made my experience great is because Sasha was great and explaining everything, answering questions, being transparent and provide me with great customer service.

I had no idea using this service can be evidence of bank fraud. I'm so glad I asked them if they were legit and the rep was so quick to refund me! It's not the same as getting an authorized user because you don't know the person on the other side and that's considered bank fraud.
