Hi Steven, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet your expectations. As we discussed via email, the issues you encountered stem from the data provided by Fidelity. Unfortunately, Fidelity's trade exports are known to contain inconsistencies and missing information, which are outside of Trademetria's control. Our reports can only be as accurate as the data we receive from the brokerage. We understand how frustrating that can be, and we're always happy to help users identify data issues and suggest workarounds whenever possible. We appreciate your feedback and will continue looking for ways to improve the import experience despite the limitations of the source data.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet your expectations. Fidelity has ongoing issues with the data they provide to third-party applications, which can affect both automatic syncing and imported reports. Those limitations originate with the brokerage and are outside of Trademetria's control. That said, we understand how frustrating this can be, and we're continually improving our platform to better handle these inconsistencies whenever possible. We also work directly with users to troubleshoot import and sync issues and recommend the best available alternatives. We appreciate your feedback and hope you'll give Trademetria another try in the future.
