I ordered 5 gallons of the exposhield apitong oil and only received 4 gallons

Easy to order and quick shipping. However, was very disappointed in quality of boards with several pieces being badly warped. Had there been a way to return boards would have sent back at least 6 of them. Probably shouldn't buy lumber that other people pick out for you.

The order took way to long to recieve.

I sent in a request asking what size of holes I should drill in the deck and what size of holes I should drill in the steel crossbars to install the screws I purchased from trailer deckand I received no response.

I placed my order and first phone call was to let me know that I didn't add the pcs/length on one size but my card had already been charged for the full order so I know I did. Then the real fun began! The trucking co. called me for delivery, never showed or called on Thursday nor Friday. I called on Monday with no response, called back Tuesday and was told they were going to get it on the truck???? If they were going to deliver last week why was it not already on the truck! Got delivery date of Tuesday, no show - no call, finally got delivery on Wednesday!! Megan helped me out but the whole process was not impressive.

I heard nothing about the status of my order until I emailed you.

Delivery takes about a week if you are in in rush they’re prices are not to bad. Found the same blots fo $2.50 a pound about 25 a pound. The biggest complaint would be I talked with someone about how long if would take to receive my order they said once package and shipped two days. But they didn’t tell me I’d that it would take about five days to package. Asked if there’s any way I could get an express shipment. Was told they’ll look into. Never heard anything after that. I asked for them to cancel my orde and for a refund. Also nothing back.

Sold me the wrong quantity deck boards and no adequate solution to get replacement boards.
