Great program!
This program is wonderful and easy to use! The only two issues I've had is 1) you can't listen to to audio portions when on a mobile device and 2) every time I open this on a mobile browser it moves me forward in the program.

Thank you so much for the feedback! If you are using an Apple phone or tablet, install the free app Puffin. If you are using an Android device install Flash Player. That will solve the issue you are having.

Train agents does an excellent job of providing great online training for new agents as well as CE for experienced agents! They are our primary provider!

Information seems very complete
The website itself has a few glitches. When moving from one lesson to the next, the web page would hang up and pop up with an error message. This would happen often enough to be frustrating when your time to study is limited. Also, a few of the lessons are very long, covering multiple subjects, making it difficult to absorb the information for the quiz. The information is very complete, and the instructor is very conversational with the lessons, which for me made it easier to pay attention.

I would not be able to diagnose any technical issues through this portal but it sounds like lowering security settings while on your courses would solve the issue you are describing. It is important for your computer and ours to communicate freely while you are logged on. If that doesn't help please submit a technical support ticket through the website and we will get you fixed up.

Old school
The app does not work properly in any sort of mobile device and that is quite ridiculous. I would not recommended for that reason alone. It should work on an iPad or iPhone.
