Better quality control and communication
I wanted stickers to be printed but the quality I got compared to what I saw online were vastly different. First, the website advertised there were glossy and matte options, but when I was trying to put my order in there was no place to choose matte or glossy. I tried typing into the notes section to print them as matte but obviously that didn’t mean anything because my stickers still came out glossy. Second, I thought I was supposed to get proof before my stickers were put into production but I didn’t get any email about proofs. So because I didn’t get a proof, my design was stretched horizontally without knowing. I chose the 3in custom print thinking my design would stay proportionate but my design was stretched to fit the 3x3 dimension. Why would anyone want their design to be stretched like that? That should just be a rule of thumb as a designer. Thankfully the lady who helped informed me that in order for my sticker to not be stretched, I had to get it cut 2x3in and that my reprint was free. When I came back the next day, my stickers looked better but the white space and cut job was awful. Parts of my design were cut off! I would appreciate it if there was better quality control and communication if I ever use Transfer Kingdom again.
