Looks like a scam
Somehow this site got between me and a direct booking. Added high extra charges. No struggling to get through to them

Don’t use this site - they charge without consent
Don’t use this website - I made a booking for a hotel room in Stratford Upon Avon, used them because they listed the price for the room a little cheaper than other sites. But when I made payment, they added an additional £85 onto the charge without giving me any notice! Stating it was a service fee and a tax recovery charge which I have never heard of booking in the UK. It’s outrageous how they just did it without my prior consent! Don’t use this site - I ended up paying 50% more than what was stated on the site.
