The driver arrived right on time at the hectic cruise port. The driver was pleasant and efficient - good service. The van held 6 passengers plus luggage and was comfortable.

Compendium delivered as promised. Our driver, Dan, was great - very friendly and helpful. We arrived earlier than anticipated and waited a bit then called to let Dan know we had arrived. He found us at the port, loaded our luggage, and off we went. Very pleased.

No communication. Contact Phone number given was non working. Driver assigned had never picked up at port before and was given little to no information. We spoke with many drivers and port employees, several tried to call number and find company contact, with no success. We had given up as it was way past agreed pick up time,, and were going to take taxi, when we found him. The other 2 passengers had same experience.. The driver spent another 15 minutes trying to find last passenger. I am sure she also had given up and found alternative transport. I hope she gets full refund as this is completely on company.

Hi Carol, We're truly sorry for the situation you experienced during your shared transfer. Your feedback is important, and we've taken note of the issues you faced. We're committed to improving the pick-up signage and ensuring such situation don't recur. Our driver tried their best to locate the other passenger while keeping to the schedule to prevent any delays. Please know our goal is to provide a perfect service, and we appreciate your patience. Warm regards, The Travel Compendium Team

I was upgraded by you to a single vehicle instead of a van shared with other customers. This made for very enjoyable experience. My driver, Raj, arrived early. He was a careful driver, and the whole experience was excellent in every way. The car was immaculate.
