Avoid at all cost and save your money and time. Got listed as the cheapest option on farecompare.com and I booked this ticket. I got an email saying that the ticket will be issued after credit card processing within 4 hours. I did not receive any confirmation within 4 hours and I called their support several times. I also checked their reviews and got concerned. Biggest complaint by many were that they will call later to tell you that fare was not available. I got worried that I might end up paying more for my travel and was not sure if this was a legitimate company. I called my bank to cancel my credit card and booked a separate ticket from a different site. I got a call the next day, 18 hours later from Travel outs. I let the person continue - The fare I booked was not available and a different fare was available. I told him that I will not be interested and mentioned to the salesperson my experience from previous night. He started defending the company. I didn't want to pursue the conversation further since I felt that this wasnt going anywhere. Although there was a hassle of waiting for a new credit card, I am happy I had not waited for these people. I would have ended up paying more and probably would have missed even a direct flight.
