Hi Greg, we are sorry to hear about your vehicle. We know it can be traumatic to experience an auto accident. As our support team covered with you and as outlined in your agreement, tires are not transferable between different vehicles, which is why subscriptions can't be transferred between vehicles. Also, as our support team suggested we are happy to provide additional information needed to include any outstanding balance on your account to include on your claim with your auto insurance carrier. Regarding the oil change service hours, we appreciate your input we do our best to offer service times to best accommodate our valued customers, but occasionally have certain limitations. Regarding your referral credit, credits are applied to your account the following month after your referral has successfully signed up.
