It has been very easy to get thing done with out running in to problems it was easy.

The only issue I had i think the ship in was too slow. Everything else was great.

The company did a wonderful job in dealing with my order. I placed the wrong shipping address on my order. I emailed them and with a quick response it was corrected. Such a pleasure to order from them.

12.3.24//1703hrs Ordered and paid for a Star Trek Phaser on 11.26.24, it was confirmed with a delivery date. On 11.29.24 Federation canceled the order with an explanation of 'out of stock' (website showed 'in stock' at the time of purchase), no offer to replace or place on back order; but, to their credit, did give an immediate refund. The item was a Christmas gift for my grand niece.

Federation Headquarters is always a great experience. The few time I have been in the store I have found a few trinkets I just had to have. You can always have a great Star Trek conversation with Russ.

Shirts were great! Everything I’ve gotten fromthe Federation has been great quality. one star less was just because the shipment was in two parts, and no information on the rest of my shipment was given- an update on the remainder of the shipment would be helpful.
