Do not buy!!!!! It took over a month to get delivered. They said it was because of covid so I gave them the benefit of the doubt 😏. Then I finally received the fishing hat with a name on it only to find the fish logo has no head lol.seriously. now I'm trying to get a refund, I'm not holding my breath!!!!!!!!!

I actually thought this was a true Chef's Jacet. Disappointed that it was a T Shirt. I will say that the customer service team is great. Very responsive. The item arrived in a timely manner and in perfect condition.

I ordered this 3D jacket from you about 2 months ago . When it came it is completely different to the one I ordered. I have sent it back ,have proof of postage and a signed signature. But when I get intouch with them they say that they haven't received it at there warehouse. The jacket was £60 so it alot of money to lose . I have emailed them many times but have got no satisfaction. They even offered to pay back half price but that's not what I want , I haven't got the jacket so I need my money back. Don't recommend this company at all.
