Very slow in shipping. It’s been 2 weeks since I ordered. I still don’t have it

On August 18, 2022 I ordered 2019 Orin Swift 8 Years in the Desert from their website. On September 6, I received a shipment of the 2020 vintage. When other vendors run out of a specific vintage, I have been offered a substitution, however there was no communication about the substitution or the option to cancel. When I inquired about it, I was simply told that their distributor was out of the 2019 vintage and it was no longer available.

You charge my credit card weeks before I get wine I order. Charge me when it comes in or I pick it up. If not, it’s ok I won’t order any more. I’m tired of waiting weeks or getting partial orders and waiting for a credit to my card.

I received the wrong wine. I emailed the company and did not get a response. I will never place another order, nor refer anyone!!!

I received no communication regarding delivery. There was no card with my name to let the recipient know it was from me.
