Not sure exactly. I received all three types of gummies but 2 do absolutely nothing that I can tell. I took both sleep and calm at same one an hour ago and not a thing felt. I think the everything did a little yesterday when got but not much. We will see. I am prob gonna try another brand next to see if it is more active but yours may end up best. Who knows til try.
