Paul really knows his coffee! He has a good supply network, and the time from processing, to roasting, to selling, is expedited, meaning that what you get are the freshest beans. Not only that, but he is a man of integrity, both in the coffee making process and in life. When you get a bag of Trinity coffee, you know what you're getting is quality. You can trust Trinity to deliver!

Coffee is their expertise, but their care for connecting with the customer and getting you something you love is where Trinity CBC shines! Whenever I speak with Paul about coffee I become more educated, more excited to drink it, and he always knows exactly the right beans to point me towards. No matter how many roasters I've had coffee from none have been able to match not only the flavor but the experience from Trinity CBC. They truly love coffee and connecting with people.

Tried their Honduras flavored coffee on a whim and thoroughly enjoyed it. It is sweet and light, as advertised. Can't wait to try the others!

What I love about Trinity CBC is that not only is their coffee very high quality in taste, their service is incredible. The owner Paul, sent me specific brewing methods and recipes for my aeropress and has taught me about roasting methods, how long my coffee will last for optimum flavor, and more. Their cold brew is one of my new faves, and I’ve gotten great ideas of how to make specialty drinks with that, too!
