They made a mistake in booking my ticket. I want a refund and all they are saying is they can not. Sheer nonsense and waste of time.

Extremely helpful with 8 days left in hand. Neha Jaswal was an excellent agent as she could search for 100s of flights until I got the best one. She was highly courteous and calm all the time. I wish if I could give her 10 starts. Hoping for a good trip to India.
