Ordered key 315. Let them know the key didn't work. One customer service rep responded to my email and then never received another response. Will NEVER use this company again.

Very easy to order and fast shipping

The communication was great my shipment was lost not the fault of sender but they are remaking and shipping, hope to receive soon.

key matched lock number but fails to operate the lock... unknown solution...perhaps try again??? suggestions?

The key that I ordered arrived quickly, but it was thr wrong key. I had a very hard time getting through to the company as they only provide an email address for contact information on their website. I sent a couple of messages but did not receive a response. Upon further investigation, I found they have a Facebook page and a phone number was listed. When I called, I received a warm greeting and was finally able to get the correct key sent at no extra cost. Overall I am happy because I have thr key I need. It just took a lot longer with a little hassle. Good quality key though. Thank You. Susan Stone
