Two orders. $295.62 paid. Nothing delivered. No refund. I placed two orders with TrueFeat, one on March 10, 2026 and another on May 12, 2026, for a total of $295.62. Neither order was ever delivered. I contacted TrueFeat repeatedly. Despite my requests, I was never provided with valid tracking information showing that either order had actually been shipped or delivered. On August 21, I formally requested a full refund for both undelivered orders and gave the company five business days to process it. That deadline passed. No refund. No response. I have now had to dispute the transactions with my bank and report both undelivered orders to Shopify. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that consumers think very carefully before placing an order with TrueFeat. One star is already too generous.

Unfortunately it has been almost 5 months now without a delivery and a plethora of replies to say thank you for your patience, no resolution ordered, no delivery and no refund discussed.

This is the worst scam. Unfortunately Meta still runs their ads even though they take money and do not ship the merchandise. As simple as that.

I ordered and the address was not correct. I checked my order I did input correctly. I now have 22 emails (since July) thanking me for my patience and that they are looking into the issue. I even have the return receipt from DHL showing they received the merchandise back. No refund so far.

Be very wary of this Company. My order has not been sent. Despite many emails, details have not been forthcoming. No resolution and I have lodged a request for full refund through PayPal. Very unscrupulous company.

I ordered and the merchandise was late coming. I thought the pants would hold in my stomach, it did not. Also was to lift my rear end. It did not. The material is nice. I ordered a black Pair and it never came. Could you look into that for me.

This company is a SCAM. The 5-star reviews are fake! I have been trying to get a refund for the past 10 months.

Ordered. Paid for leggings. No shipping dates. No leggings received. I emailed 15x over the course of a month seeking resolution. Received responses assuring me it was being checked on. One month later. No resolution. No answers. No leggings. No refund. No customer service. I lost 75 bucks. Filing official complaints this week.
