I purchased a casket for my husband from this company in the delivery was quick, but unfortunately, when the casket arrived at the funeral home and they were unable to open the casket, which caused me to have to get another casket, which was not the one that I wanted in a short time notice.

My name is james. I had a quest for him. I said that I was looking for a coffin for my mom. Her name is Charlie dickson. My dad was really mad at her going out with her guy friend. So he shot her in the back. She died. He ignored me when I told him. He told me to contact the police. I told him I did. But the police did not give us a coffin to bury her. So I asked for a coffin and how to buy one and how to ship it to my parents location but he said no.

The casket was promised for delivery on Thursday, but did not arrive to the funeral home until the following day, BARELY making the deadline. On top of that, the casket came damaged and due to the delay in delivery we were unable to purchase a replacement casket locally in time.

Hello, Sorry for your experience. According to the carrier's records and the tracking number, the casket was at the destination terminal on time. Additionally, on the signed by the representative of your funeral home proof of the delivery indicated, that they confirm that casket has no damages at the moment of the delivery, and delivered in good order. Could you please provide us with a photos or any proofs of the damages, so we can investigate this case. Regards, Trusted Caskets.

I ordered a casket to bury my son. The casket had a confirmed shipping date. It was to arrived the day before the showing that evening received a call from trusted caskets that it wasn’t going to be delivered. They blamed it on the wild fires in California and that had been going on. So I had to have them cancel the ordered and had to buy one from the funeral and prayed that it would get there the morning of the showing so we could proceed. They didn’t want to refund me the delivery fee which they should I didn’t get and it was not going to get here in time.

Hello Jeannette, We apologize for the delay in delivery. As you mentioned, there is a massive wildfire on the West Coast from where the casket was shipped. We dispatched your casket with one of the shipping companies on the same day you placed your order as planned. Unfortunately, we or the carriers cannot control such natural disasters like fires, and according to the carrier, several roads, and cargo terminals were just closed due to wildfires, so they had to spend an extra day on delivery. We warn our customers about possible delays in the event of such natural disasters in our shipping and return policy. We always recommend placing orders in advance to have a couple of extra days just in case. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Made in China JUNK. One of the "praying hands" glued to the casket fell off at my mother's viewing, totally embarrassing the family. Then when we carried the casket to her gravesite a large "made in China" sticker was clearly visible at the end of the casket, again embarrassing the family. Do not buy this junk. There are way too many resellers of this Chinese TRASH.

We are sorry about your experience. We always check all the caskets before ship them from our warehouse to funeral homes. During delivery, your funeral home conducted a detailed inspection of the casket you ordered, they accepted it and signed the delivery receipt with mark "Casket in a good shape". This kind of inspections is our normal practice that every funeral home performs to be sure the casket is in good quality and with no damages or defects. Funeral homes never accept the caskets if there any kind of defect found or product in a bad shape. We can assure you that at the time of delivery the casket was in perfect condition. Unfortunately, sometimes funeral home workers do not handle the caskets with due care, and sometimes they can scratch it or, in this case, damage the sticker you are talking about. Regarding the sticker, by the law, all the products you buy anywhere have to indicate the place of manufacture. This kind of stickers "made in..." usually you can see on any products you buy, like Electronic, Furniture, Food, etc. These small stickers specially designed to be easily removable, they do not live any marks or glue on the casket surface. Usually, funeral homes or clients remove those stickers after casket is received along with the packaging. So the question about why your funeral home left it on the casket is better to address them directly. Regarding your attitude to products made in China - today about 80% of all funeral products sold in funeral homes in the USA are made in China. Moreover, most of the leading brands of electronics, furniture, textiles, and many other household items are nowadays also made in China. We sell exactly the same products that are sold in funeral homes, the only difference is that when you buy them directly from us, you get it without the margin. We offer the same products of the same quality as funeral homes, but we offer them at a much lower price. Additionally, we offer a quality guarantee for all our caskets, and if for any reason you find any kind of defect, we always exchange the products for free or return the money at the first customer's request, but you never asked us about that. I believe that, unfortunately, you became an involuntary victim of the careless or dishonest service of the funeral home workers, and therefore you have the wrong impression about our company and our products.
