I ordered 3 Athena shampoo, 2 Athena Conditional and 1 Root Strengthening Serum on 3 May 2026. On 2 Jun, it auto charge me for 1 Root Stengthening Serum and delivered the item. I wrote to Athena to enquire why their system is auto-charging my debit card without informing me. Thankfully their responses were prompt. Finally, they resolved my issue. I questioned an automatic order and delivery. I did not know that we had signed for subscription. Marinella was very helpful with the process to clear things up. Marinella arranged the credit to my checking account immediately. She also arranged for a new delivery schedule for future orders. I am very pleased with the way the issues were handled.
