Very pleased with the product
I received my order a few days ago and so far I'm very pleased. The soap is very gentle on my skin and the deodorant is working well. The only thing that I was disappointed in was the time-frame from ordering to delivery. I wasn't expecting it to take quite so long. Next time I order I will know.

I love the soap but it was described as…
I love the soap but it was described as leaving you smelling nice. I cannot smell anything on myself. Also it cannot be used with a washcloth. It just will not lather on one. I recd the bags to put the soap in and can use the bar itself in the bag to get lather great. Just wish I could use a cloth.

the smell is phenomenal!!
the smell is phenomenal!!! The soap makes creamy, soft bubbles and does not dry you out. Love - love - love Kaori.

I’m only giving a 4 star because I haven’t yet tried the soap & shower gel but the deodorant is divine! I love the smell!

I love the body wash
I love the body wash. Smells so good. I have a little problem getting the shampoo bottle to work. And yes I removed the stopper on the bottle but couldn’t get the shampoo bottle to work. Is there a trick to get it to work right.
