It’s all a big scam ! They withdrew without authorisation over 80€ in te next hour from my account! Afyer contacting the support team and explaining the issue I asked the legal refund. They did apologise for the inconvenience and said I would get a complete refund within 4 to 9 days…. they never did !!!

It was a fun thing to try out and I can obviously not say if it works or not but we will have to see. But either way it was fun to try out. One thing that can be better is to separate the subscription. When I took mine it went automatically over to a new one so you hade to cancel that if you don’t want to continue. I contacted them and got a quick and helpful response from them which was very positive and they secured a refund.

They are really great with their predictions and drawings. When I requested a refund because I messed up, they were really great and ready to help me. I had a great experience with them

Although I chose not to continue with the app at this time, I did find their services very insightful. I have no complaints about the quality of service they provide, my issue was with billing, but they were very quick to correct it and make amends.

The fact they were willing to absolutely initiate the refund without making me go through a long process. Thank you for being amazing.

I bought a soulmate sketch and wanted nothing else. Yet 7 days later my credit card gets charged with an amount of US49.99 and I have not received any daily horoscopes ( which I did not Want) but still. How can they just charge your card for nothing. That is fraud in my eyes!!!

This is a con draw you in with $1 (77p) dollar fee then charge a further 7.99 followed by numerous attempts at try to take another 37.10 DO NOT DO IT ITS A SCAM I've reported this as fraud. They have been trying to take money for weeks!!
