I have been using these for about 5 months and although it doesn't list "a good night's sleep" as one of the benefits, it has totally helped me. I love waking up well rested and take these delicious mushrooms daily. My daughter tried them and has been headache free for over 2 weeks. (She is dealing with a chronic condition that gives her daily headaches.) These are amazing!!!
