See the trend going on here. Ordered a week ago and my order still only shows as placed and hasn't shipped. I emailed but no response. I am sure they will say we are sorry please reach out to us by email blah blah blah but honestly I can see where this is going. First impressions are key and this one is no good. Going back to RYZE matcha tea. Highly don't recommend this company and would say product but never got to try because they took my money and sent me nothing in return.

Signed up for the monthly subscription. After almost 2 weeks, I was contacted and told that my first shipment was on backorder. No worries, I have no problem waiting for a little longer. Then another 2 weeks goes by and I finally get an email with an ETA. After a month, I get a notification informing me that I have been charged for my second shipment when my first one hadn't even shown up yet! I sent a follow up email and wouldn't you know it, my first shipment finally showed up 3 days later. As far as the product goes, I really really like it! Lou in customer service has been very helpful and done his best to keep me updated along the way. With that said, your company desperately needs to solve you logistical issues.

Well it appears from this review page that I am not the only one who has never received their order. I see that the response to these reviews from Auri is “Feel free to email us!” I have sent approximately 10 emails and the last response was “I can reorder!” I want the original purchase and hope that I enjoy them enough to get them regularly. Please send to correct state! UPDATE I am very please to report that I was finally able to work with a gentleman named Lou. He did fix the address issue and got my gummies to me promptly. It was originally a little challenging but I do understand they needed to verify things on their end as well. I hope to enjoy the product enough that I become a subscriber! Thanks for your assistance!
