Very easy to understand this product and why it works, super easy to understand the need for the product as well !

I ordered this product on may 28, and unbeknownst to me they added me to a recurring recorder for $39.99 which I did authorize. I sent an email and they said they cancelled it and would refund me the $39.99 they charged me for. I have sent numerous emails as I never received my refund and they keep saying it’s being refunded but it’s not. I am very frustrated with them saying they’re going to refund it but I do not believe it anymore as it’s been over 1 month

Very easy to order and price is comparable to other brands. Eager to try the product.
