I got a subscription of four different flavors of cereal. The first delivery all 4 boxes were expired by 6 months or more. I emailed their customer support and got no response. They charged me for the next month, but never sent the product. I emailed again. Nothing. I called a phone number provided by PayPal(I was fighting the charge) and it was disconnected. I'm luckily I got my money back from PayPal.

EMAILS BOUNCE BACK
The cereals are pretty good. But have had a problem with billing/the subscription. Had ordered twice on my own and then they wanted to send more. I asked to stop the subscription for now since I have double digit unopened boxes already. Got credit card company involved. They canceled the order and then THE SAME DAY MADE A RE-ORDER. And the email they say to email to bounces bank AND the email they send from bounces back.

Great product, terrible customer service.
Cereal is great. Tastes great. Great texture.
Unfortunately, the customer service is terrible.
No issues with my first order. Then, I was charged for a subscription order on Dec. 15. I hadn't realized I signed up for a subscription. I was able to cancel my subscription, however that order is still in limbo. It hasn't been fulfilled, and I haven't been refunded.
I've tried to contact customer service, but the email bounces back undeliverable. The form on the website goes unanswered.
It seems like they may be out of business or going out of business. Last check most of their cereals are listed as out of stock on their website.
It's sad that such a great product has been terribly mismanaged.

Cereal is terrific - customer service not so much
Cereal is terrific
But unfortunately the customer service is not so much
We emailed the company numerous times regarding a shipment that was billed to us but was never delivered and we never heard back
We had to dispute the charge on our credit card

Expired Freshness Dates!!
The cereals tasted good but each of the four boxes I purchased had expired freshness dates stamped on the bags (all 4 boxes!). This was not a good introduction for a subscriber who paid over $7.50 per box. I emailed the company and did not receive a response. Never again!!

Great cereal—horrible customer service!
The cereal is excellent—all four flavors great! Their communication stinks though. Had auto shipping and was charged in early December but no product. Wrote 4 times using their online contact form (they offer no phone number), but no response. Found an email address for them—but crickets chirped.
Finally asked Chase to reverse the charge which they did. Three days later on 12/31 Cravies sent me an email notice that the order had been cancelled for unexpected circumstances and no refund had been issued. Today they refunded the charge. All could have been avoided (and I would have kept my account open) if they’d just responded. Horrible customer service and foolish business practices!

Taste good, but…
All 4 flavors of cereal we tried tasted great! My personal favorites were the honey crunch and peanut crazy, while my son loved choco boom the best. I even mixed the peanut crazy with choco boom and it was pretty tasty. About 2 servings with a cup of almond milk made for a satisfying breakfast!
Update: While I still think the cereal is tasty, I am not pleased with the customer service. I was billed for a 2nd delivery which I never received. I emailed to request an update and the email bounced back. Due to this issue I can no longer recommend.

excellent product, horrid company
*February 2026 Update to initial review*
Cravies auto filled order even though I didn't realize I was signed up for it, but I let it go thinking it would get shipped. Yeah, that never happened. I waited a week....no shipment.... okay, waited another week....no shipment... Sent email asking what's going on...no response.... waited another week and then asked for response or a refund.... nothing. I ended up needing to do a chargeback through my card company.
TLDR- excellent product, horrid company. Goodbye, Cravies! 👎

Alright alright alright! Let's review this stuff.
Right off the bat, my biggest concern is that it's manufactured in a facility that handles gluten, but aside from that I really like it so far. Granted I've only tried the peanut one, but based on that I'm sure the other two are going to be fine as well. The texture reminds me of what I remember about that Cheer-eeeohhhs brand having (haven't eaten that stuff in 20+ yrs), which is a positive in this respect because unlike some other competitors in this area of the market, it's not really hard and it doesn't tear up my gums like I'm eating a bowl of aquarium gravel complete with accurate colors.
Cravies seems to check a majority of (cereal) boxes in my humble experience.
Some suggestions is for the brand to add additional (read: vegan) flavors, namely a Ceylon Cinnamon -centric kinda thing. That would be awesome. And possibly hooking up with chains such as Sprouts for retail level sales so I don't have to do the Internet cereal ordering thing like some weirdo.
Seriously, Cravies, you did well! Keep up the good work.
