Good quality product, feels good in your hand. I had smoked for years, and then vaped for about a year. I was sick of liquid leaking and keeping the vape charged, Fum helped me to give up. I can’t imagine going back now. I thought it was a bit expensive initially to be honest, but the cost has been recouped many times over. I paid much more for vapes. The flavours are subtle compared to a vape, but there are some great flavours to choose from, maple pepper and crisp mint are my favourites. If you are ready to give up for good, then I recommend fum to help you reach your goal. Good luck!

It is a great company, they do really help with bad habits. I love the fidgeting and the magnetic stand makes it more enjoyable with that fidgeting. Flavors are really good, the crisp mint does give a same throat hit and tasty. The subscription is affordable and anytime able to cancel, yet delivery is very fast. Thank y'all fum.

Updated my first review as the customer service is just non existent. No responses despite emails, leaving messages on their online chat and this is the 3rd time of trying. 4 stars down to 2 because the product is still well made and has kept me off vaping.

I have been using Fum for almost 6 months and I have successfully quit vaping completely. It really works.

I’m a former casual smoker, and I use Füm for anxiety and enjoyment. It helps me to curb comfort eating, and I love the great flavors, especially crisp mint. There are certain flavors I wish were a bit stronger, but you can’t go wrong with mint. I like the design of the device as well. Its sleek, and it’s satisfying to turn the barrel and adjust the air intake - It makes a great clicking sound. As far as customer service, there were a few hiccups while ordering my device, but one of their reps was very helpful and got me my product quickly. They also send out emails that encourage people to break their smoking habit. That doesn’t apply to me any more, but I’m sure that it does help those who are on their journey. Overall, I would definitely recommend this product and this company.
