Si on respecte leurs indications (pas de casquette, pas de trop loin, des photos plutôt actuelles etc ...) le résultat est vraiment très bien !

I am very surprised reading the negative reviews. I had a great experience. I have 2 persons I wish to thank: Olamide from customer support and Mark Ramos who did the human edits for me. Olamide: I needed a "perfect" photo urgently, cos my publisher was chasing me for a headshot for my book that was going to print. I waited and panicked, so dropped an email to Customer Support. Olamide personally assured that the edit team gave priority to my urgent case. Mark Ramos: Ever so patient. Mark was excellent in interpreting my requests. Being the fussy (and vain) me, I asked to adjust the hair, the necklace, the outfit, etc (you name it, I asked). Mark was precise. The result? A headshot that looked professional and stylish. Thank You a million, Mark. Overall: Of the 100 shots, yes, not all looked like me, maybe only 50% (which makes 50),but still enough to choose from! This is AI, a machine work. We have to be realistic about the results. What is important is that from what I pay (reasonable cost and also saved time sitting through a physical studio shoot), I got the one perfect photo for use. I call this "Great!"

Generates generic pictures of people, having nothing to do with the reference photos uploaded. They even explicitly asked me for my eye color, then generated all the pictures with a different color. The pictures that got contained people with completely different ethnicity and skin color than mine. Cannot recommend in the slightest

I loved my results and the outstanding service. Olamide was patient with me and explained what photos to submit. My results were wonderful and my website looks so much better now. Thank you so much, definitely deserve 5 stars.

I purchased the $45 package in July but have yet to use it. I noticed the package changed when I tried to use my credits this week. In July, $45 gave you 100 credits, including two human edits. Now, $45 gives you 900 credits, which must be used toward getting human edits. When I contacted customer support to ask them to update my credit balance so that I could still utilize the two human edits —Olamide was the agent's name— responded with a nonsensical explanation. It's simple: my 100 credits have been devalued since they changed the package structure; since I never used the credits, they should update my balance, enabling me to get two human edits, which is what I paid for in July. I sent a follow-up email and received no response. Now I see why this company has a 2.9 rating on Trustpilot. I would recommend using something other than their dishonest service. Reply: My receipt # is #1671-4870 Your package has undoubtedly changed. If you're new at the company, then you need to check the number of credits that a customer received for $45 in July of 2023 —it was, in fact, 100, and it included two human edits; now it's 900, and you're required to use the 900 toward the human edits. This means that my unused credits have been devalued. I did reply to your email, and you never responded. The dishonesty is simply breathtaking. Olamide's reply confirms what I was thinking: this company is a scam. I'm attaching a screenshot of my unused credits purchased in July. 100 credits for $45

Hi Larry, You have received all your images, including the human edits. The new platform credits that we have added to all accounts have nothing to do with your Premium Package purchased and your 2 human edits used. Best, Olamide

Don’t use. I’m a black chick, and they have me this (pretty but not accurate) skin color of an Indian woman. About 4 shades darker. I also looked 50 instead of my actual 35.. I don’t feel you should have to pay for pictures you simple can’t use and ones that look like someone else.. Icing on the cake is they sent me three AI people.. not just one… I emailed the customer service team, and Olamide blamed me saying they won’t refund me, and I can Re submit photos, and I sent same pic twice, and I didn’t follow instructions… That still doesn’t explain why I’m another ethnicity, and age and it’s three different people. I believe the only reason why they are care about this review is because it’s popular to coddle to a specific skin color right now in the US because my emails were ignored after my initial response meaning no resolution..

Dear Nickey, It is so unfortunate that you didn't find my support and guidance helpful. I thought you are still using the photoshoot results as your LinkedIn Headshot? For transparency to ensure everyone understand this case. The photos submitted were not following the guidelines and incuded: 1) Watermarked photos 2) Black and white phots where your skin tone of course is darker 3) Repeating photos 4) Photos shot in the dark It is extremely impotant to follow the guidelines and submit only naturally lit photos. Best, Olamide

Try it on würde ich daher nicht weiterempfehlen!
