i am yet to receive my KIVORA lipstick order and i could not track it online either. my order number 232180. my tracking number is SYRM166399139. i paid 61300 including delivery to my address in port harcourt, Nigeria. It was very difficult to track..almost impossible to open the trykivora page. and i got a mail dated 24th October 2026 assuming i have received it and asking me for a review. I AM YET TO RECIEVE IT AND I DID NOT GET ANY CALL. Please help me to get my order. Thank you

I bought 2 of these. I was very inspired by the ai generated video on fb, about a woman going to her daughter s wedding. I used one and it brought my lips out in blisters, I threw it in the bin! I couldn't give the other to my friends because of this reaction. I have asked the company for a refund

What a useless company I have been waiting for over a month for the pruduct, no communication would certaintly wouldnt deal with this company useless

I only gave one star as I need to give something in order to write a review…..ALL YOU LADIES OUT THERE DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT….total scam!!! Horrible greasy texture….stays in for around 5 minutes AND doesn’t change colour on your lips….A TOTAL SCAM….AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Kivora customer service is worthless. I bought four tubes ($52). When I opened one tube and applied it my lips immediately burned, swelled and developed small blisters. I emailed customer service. Their response was that because I had opened one tube they would not accept a return for refund for any of it. The offered me a $15 partial refund. They showed no concern for the safety of their product, didn't ask for lot numbers or ask any details of the reaction I experienced. Several emails back and forth and Kivora is adamant that they will not give me more than the slap in the face partial refund.

Lipstick leaves a bit of color for 2 minutes, but a color that doesn’t really flatter me. Definitely overrated and overpriced. Can not recommend it.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Kivora. I never received my order, yet the tracking information states that it was delivered. This is unacceptable. I sent three emails to Kivora customer support, but the email address provided does not exist, so my messages could not be delivered. As a result, I have been unable to contact anyone or get a response regarding my missing order. I paid for a product that I never received, and there is no reliable way to reach customer service to resolve the issue. Kivora needs to take responsibility for missing orders and provide customers with a working customer support system. Marking an order as delivered does not mean the customer actually received it. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Very frustrating and disappointing customer service. I want my order delivered or a full refund.
