The cloud kitchen team at the hollywood location is phenomenal! I interact with Nikko the most and he's always responsive, reliable and trustworthy. I very much appreciate him and the rest of the team!

Hi guys one week soft opening and now one week fully operational that’s 14 days and still not working. Getting hold of Customer Service is an absolute nightmare and trying to schedule a half an hour meet to rectify the issues and still not rectified does not work

Just got some POS integration support from Tine, she did a wonderful job, managed expectations very professionally, and got something third-party POS related issue (not an otter issue even) she fixed super quickly because she didn't give up and kept digging until she found the problem! Even on a week-end!! Kudos to Tine and to the Otter team! ❤
