I purchased a product from them that technically did not work on the phone I wanted to do it on but I had an older one I was able to use and it worked. The company was offering a month free to there services if you write a 5 star review and ultimately just says the program won't work and just blows you off. Most of these 5 star ratings are to get a free product.

I tried their iOS System Recovery software to fix an activation issue on my iPad.....unfortunately it didn't work for me despite trying all additional steps that their customer support suggested. It might work for others. I was expecting a full refund however I was told that as it was probably a hardware issue on my side (???) they would give me just half of the refund. They pointed me to the terms and conditions stating a hardware issue is an exemption for a refund. Be careful....they can claim any issue is hardware related without proof to suggest that it is actually the case. In my case it's most certainly a problem with there software but I've lost the will to fight over it.

This review is for the 'ViWizard' Spotify download software. After many, many lost hours and frustrating attempts to get this software to work properly and download my Spotify playlist songs correctly, I managed to get it to work. BEFORE YOU BUY THIS SOFTWARE HERE ARE THE THINGS THEY DON'T TELL YOU: 1. ALWAYS select x1 conversion speed in the ViWizard settings. If you don't, then most likely the songs you dowload will have some kind of glitch or error. I found this out only after downloading for hours and hours only to find over 50% of the songs had a glitch at around 12 seconds in to the track. 2. You cannot listen to Spotify on another device while you are using ViWizard. Doing so causes the song you want to download being overwritten with the song you are trying to play, again I found this out the very painful way. 3. Downloading songs in WAV format causes all ID3 tags to be lost. No artist info, no album artwork, just the song title as the file name. When I contacted their support team only then did they let on that ViWizard doesn't process ID3 tag info with WAV files. Could be so easy for them to tell you that in the instructions, but again no, I had to find this out only after leaving my computer to download for 6 hours only to find this issue afterwards. I dont have the words to describe my frustration. 4. Turn off 'autoplay' in Spotify before you begin downloading. If you don't, then often you will get another random track playing in the middle of the song you downloaded, or another song altogether. Again, I found out this painful lesson after many wasted downloading hours. If they only explained all this in instructions then this would be a decent program. As it stands, I have finally managed to get it working, after many, many lost hours and frustration. So it does work... But you have been warned!

There are a lot of errors with the tuneskit spotify converter as of 8/26/2021, some songs export without album art, some get exported with ads, some are spliced with previous tracks exported, when it works it's great though

Bought their iPhone recovery software in desperation to try and fix an unresponsive iPhone which had not been backed up. The software didn’t work and their “money back guarantee” only allowed for 50% of the initial cost to be reimbursed. In my haste to try and fix the phone, I didn’t notice that I was buying a monthly subscription! So I was not happy when I was billed a second time the following month. To be fair to them, the website did say about the 50% refund and monthly sub (I was too frantic to read it carefully enough) and they were good enough to refund the second payment when I complained. What have a learnt from the saga?: 1) ensure that valuable photos/data are regularly backed up 2) read the details on websites carefully 3) if iTunes says the phone can’t be restored, then other 3rd party software probably won’t work either.
