The worst site I have ever seen. The worst service. They blocked my purchase for 3 days without explanation, yet they had already deducted the money. There is no live customer support; the bot stopped responding after just two messages.

As an artist of 15 years that has made THOUSANDS for this company it's really pathetic that I can't get in touch with someone over there when I have problems with their uploader glitching out, or when I need clarification on their incredibly vague policy rollouts. The only real earning potential they've left most of us artists, is feeding the AI slop machine and even they (turbosquid) can't set clear and consistent terms on how to actually go about doing this! I'M ABOUT TO PULL OUT ALL OF MY PRODUCT AND WALK AWAY FOR GOOD!

Pathetic customer service and disappointing 3D models. The models were not usable for my project, and the refund policy is not practical. The worst part was that support failed to understand the issue and kept asking irrelevant questions instead of addressing the actual problem. With a tight deadline, this cost me significant time and money with no result. You cannot even expect a simple apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience from TurboSquid. A refund may not always be possible, but basic accountability and customer service should be.

big mistake. Don't be fooled by the button that says request a refund. All it does is take you to an article about how to request a refund that lacks any way to actually request a refund.

I made a purchase and now I’m literally sitting here waiting for it to be “approved.” How is it even possible that in 2025 a digital purchase needs some kind of manual review? I paid full price expecting instant access, not a pending status and uncertainty. This completely defeats the purpose of buying something online to save time.

Purchased a model, what a mistake! Purchased an F18 model which looked nothing like the preview images and had missing geometry. Customer service is non existent, in fact all you get is an AI chatbot. The request refund button does not work and simply takes you to a page describing their policy. AVOID TURBOSQUID!

Id love to say that the models on Turbosquid are of higher quality as well as the higher price tag, but they are often expensive and require a vast amount of clean up, ive been disappointed too frequently at this point for this to not be a trend
