TurboTenant is so easy to navigate through for rental properties. If you have a problem, it's easy to get answers from customer service. I've been using it now for 4 years and have referred it to several of my friends who also use it. Great Platform!

I signed up as a property manager with 15 units. They advocated that marketing was streamlined and showed me all the features. The first property I listed had so many issues with slow updates to the syndicated websites, and my scheduling link was immediately broken. I was unhappy so asked for a refund, and also asked them to remove my bank account and credit card information from my account, but they ignored me. Greedy company who is unwilling to work with unhappy customers.
