Turf Factory DirectReviews of turffactorydirect.com

Turf was better than expected, very high quality!

This is difficult time and Turf Factory Direct manage to meet my demands in a timely response. If I receive the produce in the same way I receive their service, than this will be a great product and I will give another excellent rating.

Shipped in timely fashion. Sales team kept in touch via email about shipping. Overall good, easy experience.

Ordered 7,000 sq fit of turf. Turf was just like sample. Arrived quickly on a goose neck trailer and was easy to unload.

Brandy was amazing. Helpful, knowledgeable, and a true professional. Answered all of my hard questions and made the sale. Thank you for having a qualified, sweet person at the other end of the phone!

So far the service has been great. Brandy was a pleasure to work with and facilitated all my questions and needs. Just ordered my turf this morning.

Ryan was awesome helping out with my order. He was very knowledgeable about the inventory and the different types of turf I should use for my facility.

Good questions insured that I received the correct product for my application. Thanks, well done
