I sold a Macbook Pro that I was not using to TurnTronics. Their site was easy to use and with answers to my questions. I appreciate the personalized service that they provided and turnaround time was quick.

The process from start to finish was very easy and straightforward. I had a couple of questions and Chris responded almost immediately to my emails. The price I was offered and paid was well above what other similar sites were offering. I will definitely recommend TurnTronics to all of my friends and will use their services again. Great job!

Turntronics and Chris were an absolute pleasure to work with. Like many others I was nervous about selling my Apple gear through the mail. Chris was extremely responsive and made me feel very comfortable about the process, including customer safeguards (documentation of shipping, pictures, serial numbers, email chains, etc). Top notch customer service and the best price I could find! I would highly recommend Turntronics.

Highest quote among the market, Fast transaction. But I think the processing of the product needs to be faster. 5 stars anyway.

I worked with Chris and he was AWESOME! He was very helpful, friendly and was able to answer any questions I had. He was great with communication in letting me know when the computer arrived at his location and when he finished examining it. Payment was almost immediate. I can't say enough about this company! Highly recommended!

To be honest, I was a little uneasy at the beginning since this was the first time I had dealt with this company and when you are selling/buying online you can be taking a risk. That said, I am completely satisfied with my experience with TurnTronics and would recommend them to anyone wishing to sell an Apple product.

I was looking for a safe and reliable way to sell my iMac. TurnTronics' BBB rating (A+) and the prepaid shipping label got my attention. From quote to payment, the process was quick and easy. Email from Chris and FedEx tracking kept me informed. Customer service like this is rare.
