TurnTronicsReviews of turntronics.com

The process was simple and straightforward. Easy steps to get the initial evaluation; easy to ship; good communication at various stages of the evaluation after receipt. Overall fast turnaround and everything was as advertised. Will use again.

I CAME UPON YOUR SERVICE ON THE INTERNET AS I WAS LOOKING TO SELL A COMPUTER THAT I HARDLY EVER USE. I WAS VERY PLEASED TO FIND THAT THE PROCESS WAS SIMPLE AND THE COMPANY VERY PROMPT IN ANSWERING. I WOULD RECOMMEND TURN TRONICS TO ANYONE.

In all my years dealing with the customer service personnel with companies, I have never ever had such a unbelievably positive experience as I have in my dealings with Turntronics. From the moment I had my first contact via email directly with the owner, till the short time in which the company paid me, I was just absolutely "blown away" with his straight forward, honest, respectful, and extremely professional approach. He explained every detail requirement and procedure that I needed in sending my computer to be checked. He sent a prepaid shipping label to send him the computer. His team analyzed and checked over the computer in a very timely fast basis, and the owner then responded with the amount of monies he would offer, and asked if I would accept the amount. I accepted immediately his very fair offer for payment, and within 2 days I had received the check. I just can't possibly explain enough how thoroughly impressed and satisfied I have been over this total experience from beginning to end. I have already spoken to and encouraged several others who were contemplating just throwing away their old computer to contact Turntronics. Bravo! Bravo! Bravo! I am deeply indebted to the owner and his whole team.

I received an honest and direct estimate of the value of my equipment, and I had other quotes from other buyers, and by any standard, TurnTronics was really superior. Good service, rapid testing, fair evaluation, and had their check in my hands in just a few days. Thanks, Chris! I won't forget you the next time I'm ready to sell what I have in order to upgrade.

I really appreciated the attention from live support and immediate feedback and response. I received the highest quoted from TurnTronics and was very happy with the serve and speedy turn around.

The turn over rate from quote to cash was amazing. I will definitely do business with them again,

From beginning to end, this process was easy safe and well handled. I never had any questions or concerns. This is the second time I've used turntronics. So much better than Gazelle.

I checked out several possibilities before choosing TurnTronics. I picked TurnTronics because process sounded simple, gave me best quote for my computer, president of co. personally answered one question I had on a Sunday within 20 mins of receiving my email, and his answer was a direct response to my question. Once I accepted the deal offered, everything proceeded like clockwork, following the simple steps outlined on TurnTronics' website. TurnTronics let me know when my computer arrived and that they were testing it; within two days they said everything checked out and they confirmed method of payment. I stayed with check, and it arrived in two business days. The check cleared immediately, and that was the end. I do kind of miss my computer (had it 4 years, used it everyday, and it still looked like new)--whoever has it now should be as happy with TurnTronics as I am!
