We ordered a suit for my grandson’s prom and it was huge. We immediately emailed the company about returning it and waited 3 weeks for a response. We were given a return address for California and had to pay to ship the suit back to them with no offer to refund the cost of shipping. They emailed us and said that they received it and everything was in order and we should receive a refund in about 10 days. It has been almost 2 months and no refund has been received. This company is scamming people and when you request a refund, they send you automatic email responses saying they’re working on it, but nothing ever happens.

I received my tuxedo and was very pleased. The gold color was awesome, it was of good quality and the jacket fit perfect.

They always communicate well and made when I needed helped they got back to me on time. The shipping is very fast and willing to order again from them.

This company is a joke. I ordered a suit for my son’s prom. Got it and it was no where near the size it described. Requested a refund same day and they rejected it because they said it was missing a yellow tamper tag that was never on this suit. I have ordered with them before and that suit never came with that yellow tag either. The only tags present are the normal tags with the tuxedo action logo. This is a scam so they won’t refund your money. Stay away from this company. Not worth the aggravation.

Horrible company…. Save yourself the aggravation. Shop somewhere else. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!
