The service is useful for deleting tweets and cleaning up your account. However, it’s too easy to subscribe by mistake, and I was charged without any verification step. I contacted support immediately to cancel a service I hadn’t even used, but they refused to refund me and were not helpful. Very disappointing experience.

I had a lot of quick polls and short posts that no longer made sense. Clearing them made my timeline feel more meaningful and less random.

My Twitter/X account was shadowbanned for being anti-genocide, and so after doing the usual workarounds for that to try and lift the ban, I realised it was probably going to be permanent. I decided to completely gut out my account by deleting all tweets, retweets, likes etc, to see if that made any difference. I paid for a month of service from this company, as I would only need a one time thing. The tweets themselves deleted, but retweets and likes did not, despite that very much being included in the package. I reached out to support, and got zero response. I waited, and then tried again. Still nothing. They still haven't come back to me. I made sure the paid version was cancelled, and withdrew access to my account before I deactivated. I wasn't a massive twitter user so it wasn't a massive deal, but Tweet Eraser doesn't provide the service it claims to, and doesn't answer emails.

After going through and removing older posts, my account looks much more organized. It feels easier to present and definitely more cohesive overall.

Does not do what is says it does. I have thousands of replies but the tool does not even find/list them. It deleted some of my newer replies thats why 2 stars.

I subscribed to the Expert Plan on tweeteraser.com on March 10, 2026, paying COP $957.04 per day billed monthly, expecting immediate access to advanced features like bulk follower management. But after payment, my account is still locked on the free plan! I've tried logging out, clearing cache, and even contacting support via email, but no response yet. This is frustrating and feels like a scam – why take my money if you can't deliver? As someone relying on this for my X account growth, it's a huge letdown. Avoid unless you want billing headaches and zero support. Not worth it!

I purchased a subscription to TweetEraser expecting to access and delete my tweets, as advertised. I have around 6,500 tweets, but after paying I could only see 1 tweet, meaning the service was completely unusable. I was unable to view or delete any tweets and received zero value. When I contacted support, they replied with generic excuses about API changes and directed me to upload instructions instead of actually fixing the issue. Their responses did not address the real problem and offered no solution or refund. This service did not work as promised, and the support team’s replies were unhelpful and evasive. I asked for a full refund since I never received a usable service, but this has not been resolved. Very disappointed.
