Interested to know why Ubeo is taking over a week and a half to get Printer supplies to us, when ABR delivered overnight. It would be great if UBEO stepped up on giving the same, if not better, customer service as ABR. Quite unfortunate if this is what we can expect from this company. The Cust rep was not helpful and got rather snotty when I asked when our supplies (ordered a week ago) might be delivered.
